FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: HOW MANY PEOPLE ON A CLASS CALL? A: Typically, between 40-60 participants in each new class that begins every 6-8 weeks.

Q: HOW OFTEN WILL I SPEAK TO GARY ON THE CALL? Gary speaks to participants on rotation, in alphabetical order. Due to the size of most classes, you may talk to Gary about once per month. However, you will be in contact with him every week by email when you send in your progress report. It is essential that you email him to monitor progress and determine which training codes to assign you next.

Q: WILL THE TRAINING CODES CAUSE ME TO "HERX"? Herxheimer Reactions (i.e., herxing or die off) from training codes are different than most conventional therapies. Your body is a self-preserving organism that does not want to burn down the house it lives in. In short, your body will ‘herx’ to a degree that is manageable without causing you harm.

We cannot say for certain whether you will or will not experience a herxheimer reaction. Some clients have a stronger reaction than others while others do not ‘herx’ at all.

WHAT IS A HERXHEIMER REACTION? A short-term detoxification reaction in the body. It's not uncommon to experience flu-like symptoms including headache, joint and muscle pain, body aches, sore throat, general malaise, sweating, chills, nausea or other symptoms. Read more: https://www.lymedisease.org/lymesci-herxing/

Q: WHAT IF I'M EXTREMELY SENSITIVE? IS IT SAFE? You may consider following a regular detox protocol approved by your healthcare provider to support your healing and to stay on top of safely eliminating die-off as you go through our program.

Q: CAN I DO OTHER TREATMENTS/PROTOCOL WHILE DOING ACT? By law, we cannot advise you on other protocols. Those decisions are between you and your medical professionals.

We recommend not to start anything new two weeks prior and two weeks after beginning your ACT class, to make it easier for you to determine whether ACT is, in fact, attributed to measurable changes in your symtpoms.

Q: WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO "GET SET" WITH A PRAYER? You call our office or after-hours volunteers to do a quick breathing exercise to get you relaxed, followed by a short prayer asking to restore everything to God's intended design.

Q: WHAT IS A BREAKDOWN OF THE ACT STEPS?

1.     Listen to training codes being read at the end of your class OR read them on your own time.

2.     Listen to first hour of ACT training music.

3.     Call our office within 5-10 minutes of when music ends to 'get set'

4.     Listen to the final hour of ACT training music within 20 hours of having read the codes.

Note: You listen to music passively while doing other things or as you fall asleep.

WHAT IF I FORGET TO LISTEN TO THE SECOND HOUR OF MUSIC?

You would need to start the process over and re-read your codes.

WHAT IF I DON'T CALL THE OFFICE RIGHT AFTER LISTENING TO THE FIRST HOUR OF MUSIC?

No worries - just listen to the training music for 10 minutes before calling our office to 'get set' with the prayer.

WHAT IF I NEED TO "GET SET" AFTER HOURS?

You can request an off-hours setting schedule to reach our volunteers if you're unable to call during business hours.

Q: WHAT DOES THE TRAINING MUSIC SOUNDS LIKE? Sure. Listen below to the 60- second sample.

Q: HOW LONG WILL I BE IN THE PROGRAM? You're not required to stay for any set length of time; you can leave whenever you like. Results and length of time in the program vary on an individual basis. Multiple factors influence how long you'll be in our program (i.e., how long you've been ill and complexity of disease, etc.). For severe cases and those who have considerable emotional trauma, it can take 6 months to over one year. However, most clients graduate when their symptoms hit zero (scale of 0-10), which can be take anywhere from weeks to months.

Q: HOW OFTEN SHOULD I READ THE CODES? You only read training codes once per set unless otherwise specified by Gary. You'll read class codes once per week, and then 3-4 days later you will read your side codes. It's best to leave 3-4 days between to allow your body to assimilate the previous set.

Q: WILL I GET THE SAME CODES MORE THAN ONCE? Sometimes it happens, but not often. You typically receive new codes every week.

Q: CAN YOU HELP THOSE WITH EMOTIONAL TRAUMA? Yes, we cover unresolved emotional trauma at great length. We believe it's a cornerstone of healing.

Q: HOW DOES GARY DETERMINE WHAT CODES I NEED? In your weekly progress email to Gary, you will state the top 3 symptoms you want to focus on for that week, and through muscle testing, Gary will determine what training codes your body approves both for your side codes and class codes.

Q: CAN I START AND STOP WHEN I WANT TO? You are free to leave the program anytime you wish. No questions asked. We recommend staying in the program continuously until all of your symptoms are resolved.
